Refund Policy

Are you dissatisfied with your scent or have you placed an incorrect order? Don’t worry, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund if it matches our requirements.

  1. The item is still in its original condition, has not been opened, the product still has its original seal on it. and is returned to us in a secure manner.
  2. Exemptions apply to fragrance oils in clear or crystal bottles. On promotional, reduced, or discounted items, we do not issue refunds. We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective.

  • Email Address,
  • Order Number,
  • Reason for return,

Please specify whether you want a refund, an exchange, or a replacement in your message.

We process returns, exchanges, and replacements as soon as we receive your goods. When returning an item to us, we strongly suggest you maintain a proof of mailing receipt. We are unable to refund the postal costs incurred in returning the goods to us. 

Refunds will be issued using the same mode of payment used on the original order when returning products to customer care or in-store. The refunded amount will be the identical as what was paid when the order was made.

We are unable to refund or exchange on perfume oil bottles or any samples unless they are damaged.
