You certify that you are at least 16 years old and that all information and details provided are accurate, current, and complete by registering and accepting the terms and conditions of Ammar’s Fragrances. You agree not to use the Website for any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or in any way that would harm or distress a third party, and that we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour. 

If you need to reach out to us, please send an email to hello@ammarsfragrances.com or give us a call at 0300…… While we make every attempt to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do use an email system and respond to all emails in the order they are received. 

We do not sell any fakes or replicas, and we only sell 100% authentic products. We do occasionally sell broken things or items that are missing their original packaging (including lid); this is always noted in the product specifications and has no impact on the product’s quality. 

Images are for representational purposes only and may not reflect the actual product. Due to constraints in the photographic process and screen variances, colours of some things, particularly (but not exclusively) cosmetic items, may change. 

  All stock and prices are subject to availability; things added to your basket may vary as you proceed through the checkout process; thus, please double-check your purchase before paying. 

We accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, or Paypal. We are not responsible for any charges or payment processing costs incurred as a result of your selected mode of payment. 

Unless otherwise accepted by the management, refunds will be performed using the original payment method.   

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT. Please note that if you utilised Google Translate, prices will still be charged in GBP, however they may display wrongly in another currency at various times during the order process. 

At our discretion, orders may be subject to further security checks. This could be confirmation of credit/debit card information, PayPal information, or a complete address. If this information is not provided, Ammar’s fragrances maintain the right to seek payment by a different means or to cancel any transactions 

Original postage pricing provided at the time of order may not be sufficient to pay actual postal expenses in some cases. Ammar’s Fragrances retains the right to seek payment of the difference in postage charges prior to fulfilling and shipping the order if this is the case. 

Ammar’s Fragrances retains the right to terminate promotional codes, limit their use, and prohibit the use of promotional codes in pairing. 

Ammar’s Fragrances is unable to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to it being sent once it has been placed. 

Any gift cards that are found to contain rude or improper wording will be left blank by Ammar’s Fragrances. 

If we’re is unable to fulfil part or all of your purchase due to stock shortages, we will attempt to offer an alternate item or refund your cash for those items that we are unable to supply. We are not obligated to provide any additional compensation in the event of dissatisfaction. 

If the parcel is subject to customs or import duties once it leaves the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. 

If your UK order, which was shipped via Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery, has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact Ammar’s Fragrances.  Your package may then be considered ‘missing,’ and we will be able to provide you with a replacement or refund. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, no compensation will be given. 

Due to shipping limits for specific products to destinations outside of the UK, additional postage costs may be required due to the quantity of products that can be sent per order. If this is the case, Ammar’s Fragrances will contact you to let you know before shipping your order. 

We do not transfer any of your information to a third party unless you have given Ammar’s Fragrances specific permission to do so, as required by the Data Protection Act 1988.

Alternatively, you may send an email to hello@ammarsfragrances.com We aim to respond to complaints as soon as possible, however all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, and the client will be kept informed of the status. 

We will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in delivering products you have ordered, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, caused by any occurrence or situation beyond its reasonable control.
