Return & Exchange Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Return & Exchange Policy.
A valid receipt is required
A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Please notify us
Please notify us of any issues with your order within 14 days of receiving or purchasing your item.
Eligible returns
Eligible returns are issued as a credit note only. We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless an item is damaged or faulty and valid evidence has been provided. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Perfume oils
Perfume oils cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased due to health and hygiene reasons. As personal-care products, they cannot be resold or reused once they have left our store or been delivered.
Custom-made fragrances
Custom-made fragrances are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are blended specifically for you at the time of purchase.
Products received damaged
Products received damaged, faulty or incorrect will be inspected by our team. Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange or credit note once valid evidence has been provided.
Sprays
Sprays are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
