We accept returns for sealed and unused products. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order - you then have another 14 days to return the items. Please contact us beforehand to receive an RMA number.
For all fragrance orders, we'll include a sample of the fragrance so that you can try it to see if you like it before opening the full-sized product. If it doesn't appeal to you, you can keep the sample and return the product you orders, unopened, for a full refund.
